Interior amenities include acacia hardwood flooring, new kitchen appliances including Electrolux glass cooktop, Ceasarstone counters, All-Clad cookware, Ann Sacks tiled bathroom with walk in Hansgrohe shower and heated tile flooring, dimmable LED lighting throughout, Wi-Fi, Bosch washer/dryer in unit, new contemporary furniture and other high end finishings.
The interior layout, designed by TVA Architects of Portland, is open while still intimate. Two bedrooms feature new queen beds, new carpeting and plenty of storage. Main living area is dynamite and has terrific flow - it's one big great room with great light and views to the golf course in the back yard. Brand new Smart LCD TV's are in living area and master bedroom with Spectrum cable + Roku. You also have your own private backyard complete with modern patio furniture, fire pit, Weber grill and golf course views. As you sit down for an evening cocktail on the back patio you can hear the ocean in the background.
Finally, the location! Just a block to Laneda Avenue with boutique shops, banks, grocery stores, restaurants, galleries, book stores, coffee shops, wine & whiskey bars, post office, library ... you name it. And we're just a short 3.5 block stroll to the beach - situated on a quiet street and tucked into our own little micro climate on those windy coastal days. 3THREE8 Manzanita ~ it's beautiful here ~
We cover ALL UTILITIES from June - August (WiFi, electric, water/sewer, garbage and cable). Tenant covers electric all other months - about $70-120/month - we'll cover the rest. Rates subject to change and all terms negotiable including security deposit. Small - medium sized dog OK/negotiable for additional fee. Two person maximum plus one toddler. No additional fees or lodging tax - all included. It's a very tight short or long term rental market in Manzanita and this property is newly remodeled, high end and in an excellent location only a 1.5 block walk to downtown and 3.5 blocks to the beach.
Unit is half of a one-story duplex. Other side is licensed short term rental called 3ONE8 Manzanita - google it - only high end clientele. Both sides were fully remodeled down to the studs a few years ago and we installed a product called QuietRock within the shared wall. No one hears a thing, each side is very private and the backyards are separated with a new fence and lockable storage shed.

My husband and I were indeed blessed to experience 3THREE8 Manzanita March and April 2020. I am one of those picky ‘princess and the pea’ type people and I must say, in all my travels, I have never felt so simpatico with a rental before 3THREE8. From the moment I entered this immaculate, well designed space I felt at home and welcomed. There is a peaceful, restful vibe and we enjoyed every second of our stay. Bret is the consummate host, and there is nothing he will not do to ensure your best experience. We will be back.

We stayed at 3THREE8 Manzanita June and July of 2020 - it was great. Comfortable and easy to clean, it was easy to feel at home. The beds are comfortable and the appliances essentially brand new. The kitchen is well-equipped and laid out nicely … it was a pleasure to cook there. TV/ internet worked great. The outdoor space is also very pleasant; sunny and private with big trees where we set up a hammock and enjoyed being outside. The golf course across the wetland is pretty to look at but not so close that the golfers disturb the sense of privacy. The location is great too; it's an easy walk to the beach or the middle of town and there's no real traffic so it's very quiet. Manzanita is a great place and we are glad we got to spend so much time there. Thanks for letting us stay. We really did enjoy it.

If you would like to give yourself the gift of a month at the ocean, look no further than 3THREE8 Manzanita! The unit has a cozy cottage feel with gorgeous wood floors, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, and heated floors and a shower with great water pressure in the bathroom. I loved sitting on the comfortable sofa listening to the rain falling on the roof....even on cloudy days it felt full of light. The back yard is charming with a fire pit, mature trees, and the sound of the surf in the distance. Although the unit is on a quiet, peaceful street, it is close to all the beautiful things Manzanita has to offer. It’s only a few blocks to the beach, which is flanked by Neahkahnie Mountain. Its an incredibly tranquil place, and I experienced so many awesome sunsets as I walked the beach nearly every evening! It’s also within walking distance to really great stores, restaurants, massage, yoga, bike rentals.... anything you might need during your stay. The people in Manzanita were so kind and friendly and welcoming that I began to feel a bit like a local by the time I left. Bret is the best host! He’s available, responsive, kind, and has a fun sense of humor. I fell so head over heels in love with magical Manzanita that I’m returning for the month of May!

ABOUT MANZANITA: Why Manzanita? Cannon Beach is popular with a great beach - and it has a lot a big hotels, some chain restaurants and businesses and not that quaint. Manzanita is just a short drive south and is considered more of a quaint village that's less crowded yet featuring full amenities found on Laneda Avenue including; boutique shops, restaurants, coffee houses, grocery stores, spas, cafes, banks, wine bars and more - all shops locally owned and operated. Where Laneda Ave. meets the ocean is an uninterrupted, dog friendly seven mile beach with awesome views of Neahkahnie Mountain to the north. Once you park your car at 3THREE8 everything is walkable! Other towns: Seaside, OR is great if you like strip malls, Rockaway Beach is terrific if you like touristy shops on busy Highway 101 and Arch Cape is quaint but lacks any type of services. Lincoln City - no thank you. Manzanita has much more of a chill vibe - more of a locals spot with less people and crowds - yet with full services including a newer Urgent Care center. Of course we're biased - but we did our research over 20 years ago! We visited every coastal town from Astoria down to Newport over a five year period - and liked Manzanita the best for its charm, beauty, size, services, proximity to PDX and overall vibe and feel.
Very close to Cannon Beach, Nehalem, Rockaway Beach, Garibaldi, Bay City, Tillamook, Astoria and Seaside, Oregon. Oregon coast vacation rental. Manzanita beach vacation rental.
